Dillon McCowan on Top Again at I-55
For the second-straight week Dillon McCowan bested the DIRTcar Super Late Model competition at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 (Pevely, Mo.) in his McCowan Racing No. 8 Sonic entry.
Eighteen competitors set their sites on the night's checkered flag, and Dillon streaked to the heat race win from the pole position.
Starting fourth on the feature grid, he jumped to the lead on the 11th circuit and paced the final 20 laps to get the win.
Daryn Klein, Rusty Griffaw, Rickey Frankel, and Matt Bailey completed the Top-5 finishers.
